We adopted a new cat last night. Her name was Ginger, but we’ve started calling her Coco, which reminds me of my trip to Paris. We kept mispronouncing words on purpose, like Coco Channel. And Ronchamp, not Ronchamp.
So, the other cats are interested. We have Coco in the bathroom/closet area, and they hang out by the door. We did have brief periods where they all were in the same room, and Cricket’s reaction was to scream and hit Coco on the head. So we’ll keep an eye on everyone. Kirkos is pretty mellow and curious about her, but Coco hisses at him. It will definitely stir things up for a while.
